Dr Nicola Cann
DEChPsy, BSc Hons
I have seen first hand how improving sleep can lead to many positive outcomes for individuals, and my years of experience as a psychologist have taught me that most sleep problems are treatable without the need for medication. My unique combination of expertise in psychology and sleep means I can support you to make positive and lasting changes. You can see more about my credentials below.
I created TFSC because I am passionate about improving people’s sleep and raising awareness of the importance of sleep health and wellbeing.
As a psychologist specialising in sleep I can get your sleep back on track without the need for medication.
I help people of all ages with sleep, from babies to older adults. I also have many years of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental conditions like autism and ADHD, who often have real difficulty with sleep. Contact me today to set up a free consultation and we’ll get started on improving your sleep together.
We will work together to investigate what is maintaining your sleep problem, and find solutions that work for you. I use a range of techniques known for improving sleep, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, Coaching, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
